PRO-Link, INC® stands behind the quality of its products and offers this Limited Warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the terms of this warranty carefully
Coverage:
PRO-Link, INC® warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase.
Conditions of Coverage:
This warranty applies only if the product:
1. Is used for its intended purpose as outlined in the product manual or specifications.
2. Is properly maintained and operated in accordance with PRO-Link, INC® guidelines.
3. Has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, alterations, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or failure to use the product as intended.
• Normal wear and tear, including consumable components (e.g., blades, teeth, or other replaceable parts).
• Damage resulting from improper maintenance, installation, or unauthorized modifications.
• Use of the product outside of its stated purpose or capacity limits.
Claims Process:
To make a warranty claim, please contact PRO-Link, INC® Customer Support at 855-361-5987 or sales@pro-link.us with proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue. PRO-Link, INC® reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the validity of the claim.
Remedies:
If a product defect covered by this warranty is found, PRO-Link, INC® will, at its discretion:
1. Repair the product,
2. Replace the product, or
3. Refund the original purchase price.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. PRO-Link, INC® liability, is limited to the remedies stated above, and no other warranties, express or implied, apply.
