The AG-GO 100-2H BF2500 replacement shaft is the correct solid steel shaft for the PRO-Link BF2500 2,500 lb bucket fork kit. It measures 1 inch in diameter by 54 inches long and passes through the welded eyes or bushings on the BF2500 fork assemblies. It is intended only for the BF2500 system, not as a universal shaft for other bucket fork kits.

A drilled hole at each end accepts keeper hardware that helps prevent the forks from sliding off the shaft. The forks can still move along the usable section of the round shaft so their spacing can be adjusted for different pallets and materials.

Designed Specifically for the BF2500 Bucket Fork Kit

The AG-GO BF2500 bucket fork kit uses two 42 inch fork assemblies, welded fork bushings, a 1 inch round shaft and three weld-on bucket hooks. The 100-2H is the 54 inch shaft used in that system.

During operation, the fork bushings ride on the shaft while the three hooks installed on the loader bucket engage and support it. This arrangement allows the operator to adjust the fork spacing, engage the fork assembly with controlled bucket movement and remove it when the bucket is needed for normal work. Only the mounting hooks remain welded to the bucket; the shaft and forks are removable.

Replacement Checks and Safe Installation

The 100-2H should be ordered only as a replacement for a verified BF2500 shaft. It is not interchangeable with the 200-2H, which has a different diameter, length and intended kit application. A shaft should never be selected simply because it can pass through a fork eye or bushing.

The safe working limit of the finished setup is controlled by the lowest-rated component, including the machine, loader, bucket, hooks, welds, fork assemblies, shaft, keepers and installation.
