1. All freight quotes are shipping estimates only and are subject to change. The actual total charges will be determined at the time of delivery. In the event additional charges and fees are required by the delivery company the customer will be notified of any changes.

2. Shipping companies assess $75-$90 for all residential deliveries. Even though you consider your business a business location, delivery companies research if the business is in a majority filled residential area (located outside business district)? Does the business share a house or dwelling on the same property etc.? Please consider using a separate physical address for your business and private residence. How distant is the business from city limits, a main road or is located on a farm, has limited access for a semi-truck etc.? They use many different factors to determine what they are going to classify it as.

3. Delivery companies no longer allow customers inside the back of their trucks so shipments must be unloaded with a forklift or other lifting machine from outside of the delivery truck. If the customer is unable to unload this way at the time of delivery, the minimum liftgate fee of $75 will be charged to the customer’s payment method used for purchasing the order.

4. We send tracking numbers as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Be ready to accept the delivery on your delivery date. If the delivery driver must wait longer than 20 minutes to be able to make the delivery once on the property, there can be additional charges.

5. Discuss any details or concerns you may have about delivery charges and/or timeframe the delivery will take before the completion of the sale and your order sent out for delivery.

6. Any extra charges required to make your delivery that weren’t discussed or disclosed to your salesman, by email or phone before placing the online order, will be charged to your card or method of payment that was made for the online purchase after the order has been delivered.
