SM55TXJ

The SM55TXJ is a long-reach tapered spear designed for deep, stable engagement when handling full-size round bales. Its extended length allows the tine to fully penetrate the bale core, improving load control and reducing the risk of tearing or partial engagement during lifting and transport.

Manufactured with a Conus II square-tapered profile, this spear is built from heat-treated steel for high-load agricultural use. It is supplied with the Doublenut® locking system to maintain consistent clamping force under working pressure but does not include a 144T sleeve, making it suitable for replacement or custom frame installations where a sleeve is already in place.

The square tine configuration supports multi-directional mounting, offering flexibility across a wide range of tractor and loader spear frames. Rated for 3,500 pounds at a 30-inch load center, the SM55TXJ is part of the HAYSTIX® lineup and is backed by PRO-Link’s one-year warranty.
