The 48BX bracketed bale spear is designed for dependable handling of heavy round and square hay bales when mounted to attachments built with standard 3-inch by 3-inch tubing. Its rigid bolt-on bracket system provides improved strength, alignment, and service life compared to traditional slip-in bale spears.

This 48-inch bale spear features a 1.625-inch diameter tine paired with the 155BU heavy-duty bolt-on bracket. The assembly is supplied complete with two 58X3U U-bolts for secure mounting to 3-inch by 3-inch tubing. The bracketed design holds the spear firmly in position, reducing flex under load while allowing for straightforward installation or replacement when needed.
