Fork Design and Load Capability

The BF2500 kit includes one matched pair of fork blades measuring 1.50 inches thick x 3 inches wide x 42 inches long, providing a strong balance of durability and maneuverability. The system includes a 1-inch diameter shaft up to 54 inches long, along with three heavy steel top hooks, a large washer, and a hitch pin to secure the shaft. This configuration fits buckets with an opening of up to 32 inches, making the BF2500 compatible with a wide range of skid steer, loader, and backhoe buckets. The fork spacing can be adjusted along the shaft to suit different load sizes and shapes, increasing versatility in daily operations.

Installation, Fitment, and Applications

Installation of the BF2500 bucket forks is straightforward and economical. The only permanent setup required is welding the supplied hooks to the top front edge of the bucket. Once installed, the forks slide onto the shaft using the welded eyelets and lock into position through bucket tilt and forward motion.
