Cotton Frames

PRO-Link cotton bale handling equipment includes purpose-built frames, long cotton spikes and mounting components for moving large round cotton modules in fields, cotton gins, storage yards and loading areas. This category helps growers and commercial operators find the attachment or replacement component needed for their particular setup.

The AG-GO frame choices include a front cotton bale frame for compatible wheel loaders and telehandlers and a rear cotton mover for tractors with Category 3 or Category 4N three-point connections. The front model uses a coupler configured for the customer’s machine, so the exact coupler and loader specifications must be confirmed before ordering. The rear model connects differently and should only be selected after verifying the tractor’s hitch category and lifting ability.

Both frame styles use a four-spear layout to spread the load and engage a large cotton bale at several points. These AG-GO attachments are manufactured in the USA at PRO-Link’s production facility. Their steel frame construction is intended for repeated cotton handling work during harvest, staging, transport and processing.

This category also includes HAYSTIX® cotton bale spears and mounting hardware. The 76CSJ is a 2-inch by 76-inch tapered cotton spike supplied with its matching tapered sleeve and Doublenut® system. The 84CS is a 2-inch by 84-inch straight cotton stab that uses cross-bolt retention. The 255 collar is a weld-in sleeve with a 2-inch inside diameter for the compatible cross-bolt spear. Tapered and cross-bolt parts use different mounting systems and should not be treated as interchangeable based on diameter alone.

Before ordering, confirm the machine connection, frame configuration, spear length, spear mounting style, sleeve dimensions and the ratings of every part in the complete system. The machine, coupler, frame and spears must all be suitable for the intended bale and operating conditions. Product listings should also be checked to determine exactly which frame, spears, sleeves or hardware are included.
