The 76CSJ Tapered Cotton Spike is a heavy-duty 76-inch tapered bale tine engineered for demanding cotton bale handling applications. Measuring 50 mm (2″) in diameter by 1930 mm (76″) in length, this cotton spike is designed to deliver strength, stability, and reliable penetration under heavy loads.

This tapered cotton spike includes the 165T tapered sleeve and the Doublenut® locking system, which utilizes a conical nut paired with an additional jam nut to help prevent loosening caused by vibration and repeated use. This locking system provides a secure, long-lasting connection between the spike and sleeve during lifting and transport.

The 165T sleeve is designed to be welded into the attachment frame separately. The spike must never be installed in the sleeve during welding. Once welding is complete, the spike is inserted and secured using the Doublenut® system to ensure proper seating and alignment.
