114T Hay Spear Tapered Sleeve

The 114T hay spear tapered sleeve is a heavy-duty weld-in sleeve designed for use with 1.625-inch tapered PRO-Link Hayspears®. Precision-machined for a secure fit, it ensures proper seating and alignment of tapered bale spears under load.

Precision Tapered Design for Secure Spear Fit

Measuring 4.75 inches in length, the 114T tapered sleeve is engineered to hold the hay spear firmly in place during lifting and transport. Its tapered interior helps reduce stress, prevent spear movement, and minimize the risk of breakage during bale handling operations.

Compatible with Tapered Hay Spear Assemblies

This tapered sleeve is commonly used with 39TS and 48TS tapered hay spear assemblies. It is well suited for new builds, repairs, or replacement applications where dependable spear retention and alignment are required.

Proper Weld-In Installation

The 114T sleeve is designed to be welded into the hay attachment frame separately. The bale spear must never be installed during welding. Once welding is complete, the tapered hay spear is inserted and secured using the appropriate conical nut for a tight, reliable fit.
