48FX Bolt On Bale Fork

The 48FX bolt on bale fork is a heavy-duty hay spear designed for reliable bale handling in demanding agricultural applications. With a 48-inch length and a 1.625-inch diameter, this spear delivers dependable penetration, controlled handling, and consistent performance when moving round or square bales.

The fluted, cross-hole spear design improves penetration into the bale while allowing for easier, cleaner removal compared to non-fluted spears. This reduces drag and minimizes unnecessary bale disturbance during lifting, transport, and feeding operations.

Fluted Cross-Hole Design and Weld-In Sleeve Assembly

The 48FX is supplied as a complete installation package and includes the 155 weld-in sleeve/collar along with the required nut and bolt. The sleeve is designed to be welded directly into a hay-moving implement to create a rigid, long-lasting mounting point. For proper installation and safety, the spear must never be installed in the sleeve during welding. Once the sleeve is welded into place, the spear is inserted and secured, forming a stable and dependable connection.
