The BF6048 over the bucket forks are engineered for operators who demand serious lifting power while maintaining equipment flexibility. Rated at 6,000 pounds, this heavy-duty bucket fork system converts an existing loader, skid steer, or backhoe bucket into a high-capacity material handling attachment without the cost of a dedicated fork frame.

Heavy-Duty Construction & Load Control

The BF6048 includes a pair of 48-inch fork blades with welded bushings, a 2-inch diameter by 87-inch solid shaft, four weld-on steel hooks, and a large washer with hitch pin to secure the shaft in place.

The 48-inch blade length provides excellent reach and support when lifting palletized or loose materials. With a 6,000 lb rated capacity, this system is designed for demanding lifting tasks while maintaining proper balance when loads are positioned correctly on the forks.

The kit is compatible with buckets featuring an opening up to 38 inches, allowing for broad equipment fitment across common loader platforms.

Over-the-Top Mounting for Fast Equipment Conversion

Installation is straightforward and practical. The supplied hooks are welded to the top front edge of the bucket. Once installed, the shaft rests securely in place and the forks slide onto the bar through the integrated bushings.

The washer and hitch pin secure the shaft during operation. After initial hook installation, the forks can be mounted or removed quickly without tools, minimizing downtime and making it easy to switch between digging and lifting tasks.
