The 39 inch tapered hay spear is a 39″ X 1.625″ tapered bale tine that comes with a conical nut and 114T sleeve. All PRO-Link Hayspears® have a “fluted” design or groove down. This makes both sides of the spear have an easy removal from a bale of hay. They are bi-directional and should be mounted with the fluted portion of the spear parallel to the ground. The sleeve is designed to be welded into a hay moving implement. Never weld the sleeve into an implement with the spear in the sleeve.

This tapered hay spear has 3,000 pound capacity @ a 30″ load center. It’s been a staple in the bale spear industry setting the high standards for the competition to try to follow. At 39″, don’t let this bale spike fool you. Round bales, square bales, they aren’t a match for this bale stab.
