During installation, the tapered mounting end seats into the matching collar and the nut system secures the spear in position.

Bale shape alone does not determine the correct setup. Diameter, width, density, moisture level, wrapping, and total weight affect spear engagement and stability. Never exceed the lowest capacity shown for the loader, attachment, sleeve, hardware, or spear.

Although the complete 39TXJ package comes with the 144T, the spear is not compatible only with a sleeve carrying that model number. Another collar may work if it is specifically designed to seat the same 1.75-inch Conus II spear profile and provides the correct taper, seating depth, thread clearance, weld strength, and structural rating. A sleeve should not be selected from inside diameter alone.

The assembly can be welded into a properly engineered tractor-loader hay fork, skid steer bale mover, telehandler attachment, front-end loader frame, or custom agricultural build. It may also be used in compatible AG-GO hay-handling equipment, subject to confirmation of the exact frame and layout. This is a weld-in component assembly, not a universal direct-fit attachment for every machine.
