This 3,000 lb,  48 inch tapered bale spear comes as a S48T with the 114T sleeve and conical nut. It’s tested at a 30″ load center giving you a more accurate rating because that’s typically the center of your round bale. Sleeve is to be welded in your equipment without the bale spear in it. It’s fluted for easier penetration and removal from hay bales and spear installed with the flute on the sides “parallel” to the ground.
